haiz someone dont listen to what i say yesterday
now she is paining here and there (活该）
but quite pity her .....
muscle pain is really terrible
walk 1 step pain 1 time
haiz hope she recover soon

another bad thing happen to her today
she fell sick again ..... nothing to say
hope her fever wont go too high like mine

there are 2 reason that might lead to her fever
1.too tired
2.eat too much tonic

1. too tired
-she force herself too much in the training yesterday
-although she was quite happy in the end cause able to do 20time pumping
-tiredness cause her body defense drop alot

2.eat too much tonic
-her mother keep giving tonic for her to eat
-causing the body cant stand it anymore and fall sick

haizz i cant bare with it when i see her suffering .....
shi arrrr don keep fall sick laaa
i worried abt u so much .....
